Plant Scientist

The ideal candidate would be a driven individual to conduct research in breeding, production, and yield of plants. Tasks include but not limited to:

• Designing, propagating, and growing horticultural specialty products using plants culture and environmental control systems.
• Regulating humidity, ventilation, and carbon dioxide.
• Controlling of pest and disease infestation.
• Overseeing activity and development of new variations of species.

Internship

We offer students a diverse internship program with exposure to the various aspects of the wholesale greenhouse industry. This well rounded experience will include propagation, applying growth regulators and pesticides, sales, and shipping. Students will be assigned an individual project to nurture during their tenure.

Assistant Grower

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to assist section growers with watering, spraying, and scouting duties involved in growing plants. No experience is necessary as we will train, but a desire to learn is required. HS diploma necessary, but an associates or bachelors’ degree is desirable. Minor computer skills are also helpful. Hours vary by season. Some weekend work is required.
