Floor Heat helps our plants and the environment.

All of the concrete floors in our greenhouses are heated allowing the heat to rise naturally and fill the greenhouses. Our Energy Efficient Boiler makes this possible by heating the water that runs through pipes in our floors.

The hot water gives off enough heat to warm up the plants and the air in the enclosed greenhouses. As the heat rises it spreads naturally and evenly around the greenhouses.

Plants thrive off this method because the heat is slow and constant just as in nature. The temperature rises and falls gently and evenly throughout the greenhouses, while stimulating plant growth and development simultaneously. This method is energy efficient and reduces our overall energy usage while aiding in plant growth.
