TTA Transplanting Machines

The TTA Transplanters, at Rockwell Farms, use robotic fingers to pick and place plugs into the the correct pot or pack. The plant enter the machine in seed trays on the conveyer belt. They are then picked up individually by the robotic fingers and transplanted into the appropriate container.

The proven design with a pusher pin assists the extraction of all plugs, from those with minimal root development to plugs with overly developed roots. The Transplanters are very versatile and can plant directly into packs, trays, and even pots.

Not only are our Transplanters precise they are also fast, each is capable of transplanting 3,600 plugs every hour. Making it possible to transplant high volume amounts with precise accuracy for the highest quality product.
