Automated Seeding

The first step to ensure a quality product is seeding. At Rockwell Farms we use a top of the line Automated Seeding machine. This machine is capable of planting 1,000 seed flats, or 288,000 plants, per hour.

Our Automated Seeding Machine is capable of placing the seed at the correct depth based on the plant’s species and variety. This machine creates uniformity and pin-point precision that a human hand cannot replicate. We have an expert grower to enter the direction in the machine, after all a machine is only as good as the man behind it.

These seed flats are pampered in the greenhouse until they have matured and are large enough to be transplanted using our TTA Transplanters.
