Automated Seeding

• The first step to ensure a quality product is seeding
• Can seed 1,000 flats or 288,000 plants per hour with pin-point precision

TTA Transplanters

• Transplanters use robotic fingers to pick and place plugs into the pot
• 3600 plugs can be transplanted every hour by each transplanter

Drip Irrigation & Echo Lines Systems

• Minimizes water and fertilizer usage by reducing overspray and runoff
• Over 750,000 hanging baskets are produced annually using this environmentally conscience method of watering

Automated Booms

• Capable of watering 200,000 square feet per hour
• Allows our growers to focus on “growing” not watering

Natural Ventilation

• The glass houses we us allow us to ventilate out greenhouse naturally
• Limiting the use of electric or gas powered fans

Fertilizer & Chemical Reduction

• Reducing fertilizer usage rates to one-third of the industry standard
• Our growers are continually trying to learn new and more environmentally friendly ways to grow our crops
