Seeding

To ensure a quality product the first step is seeding. With our automated process we can precisely place a seed, less than 1mm in diameter, into its correct location at an impressive speed.

We can automatically seed approximately 1000 flats every hour with pin-point precision.

Transplanting

We have two automatic transplanters capable of producing one thousand 606 flats per hour. These amazing machines use robotic fingers to pick and place plant plugs into the appropriate pot or pack. 3600 plugs can be transplanted every hour by one transplanter.
